Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of TalonHR, a product of Skyhawk Labs, LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalonHR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Description of Service

TalonHR is a modular talent management platform that provides performance management, 360° feedback, succession planning, and learning management capabilities. The service integrates with existing HRIS systems.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use TalonHR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
Use the service to store or transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for HR management

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to TalonHR. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Payment Terms

Pricing is set per employee per month and charged by company size band (the per-employee rate times the band size), with a minimum band of 20 employees. Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise agreed; monthly billing is available at a 20% premium. See our pricing page for current rates.

Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyhawk Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
